I buy simalair quantities of mount card as you from Arqadia and receive a decent quantity discount.
I have shopped around and find Arqadia to be the best one stop shop for all our mountboards.
I also find it worthwhile shopping around for mouldings. The pound has strenghtened about 12% over the euro since the start of the year and until recently was about 10% stronger than the dollar.Some suppliers are passing these saving on faster than others
