government form
Received a form to fill out concerning rent and landlord etc for business premises. I've lost it and cannot remember what agency sent it to ask for another. Can anyone help?

Re: government form
They will send another, I always forget to fill it in and get a reminder through the post, If your worried about it, I am pretty sure they are issued by the business rates department of your local council.

Re: government form
I often wonder that if your rent went down - would your Business rate? Not that mine has, but I did negotiate a freeze for 12 months and told VOSA that I was not filling in the latest form because there were no changes to rent. That was 4 months ago and I have not received any further correspondence. They don't seem to care that it takes an age to fill in - unless you keep a copy from the last time. Unfortunately I didn't
