Hi all,
I've had a customer in that wanted an aluminium frame, and chose a moulding from arqadias range, ordered it pre-chopped and added on the routing connecting kit. Now when going to put it all together I have become confused as to how it holds the glass, pic, mount in the frame obviously cant be pinned and the routing kit came with some bow springs. If anyone can give me some insight as to where I progress now that would be greatly appreciated.

I presume they're similar to Lion's aluminium mouldings. If so, have a look in their brochure and theres a little diagram howing how it's put together.

The springs just slip under the back to hold the glass/art/back tight to the front. If the sandwich is too thick sometimes you can't get the springs in comfortably. In this case you can wedge bits of mountboard in.

It seems you are sorted now but I was going to say you need to join three sides of the frame with two of the corner kits and then slot in the art/glass package. Final frame side goes in with the remaining two corner kits. Use the spring clips to stop the package from moving about.

It is much easier to use a package when sliding everything in. A package (sandwich) is a windowmount book hinged to an undermount and that will contain the artwork and then the glass is also taped to the windowmount package which creates a seal. That way no surprises from the flumbs when you turn the frame over!!
