North West framers, where do you get your supplies?

My local framing supplier Robinsons Pictures in Liverpool is being closed down and merging with Wessex in Oldham. Just thought I'd check with everyone where they get their supplies. Its seem a proper shame that they are going as its nice to have counter service and by all accounts they were turning a profit. I might stick with Wessex delivery service but I thought I'd see where everyone else goes! Ta, Peter

I used to order from Wessex Oldham then they said no more deliveries up here in the Lakes and that I should order from Wessex L'pooool and I didn't really appreciate that they used to be Robinsons until recently. So will all my deliveries be from Oldham again? I get everything from Wessex except my moulding (barewood) which comes from Rose & Hollis. Sometimes I order packs of mountboard from Arqadia but normally get split packs from Wessex.

Yeah, all the deliveries are from Oldham now. To be fair they are going to do 3 deliveries a week now. I just feel a bit gutted for the guys at Robinsons, they seem pretty down about it.

I get a twice weekly van delivery from radius mouldings in Darlington.

I also order from wessex in Oldham (great for glass) who delivery twice weekly.

And mail order from the usual suspects mainline, arqadia, frinton, rose & hollis and neilsen

Yes I use Wessex (Oldham). Twice weekly deliveries here.
