Could be doing with a new glass cutting wheel (available from most framing suppliers for about £8).
Single head machine cuts all types of glass and acrylic / styrene / perspex, etc.
I didn't think this machine could cut board, but after looking at this thread http://theframersforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=8757, maybe it does and someone from the thread could clarify if it does or not!
Looking for sensible offers as not sure what it is worth (Somewhere around £200 maybe??), but as the previous thread mentions, these machines go on forever
