Just thought i would show you some pics i took of the refurbishment of one of the above Morso's to show the level of refurbishment that takes place.

First the original machine i purchased from a Framers forum member
1. Seems a little bit rusty.
2. Mechanism is very stiff.
3. Measuring arms in all their glory.
4. All the bare surfaces are degreased then cleaned, the painted surfaces are treated for any rust before being repainted and the blades have been sent away for sharpening.
5. Freshly painted case hanging up to dry
6. Whilst the paint dries all the smaller parts are individually derusted/cleaned and checked for wear and replaced if necessary.
7. The cutting head block and guides are then reassembled and aligned to ensure smooth operation.
8. The table, case and pedal mechanism are then reunited .
9. The blades and all the remaining parts are then refitted before the Morso is recalibrated
