Hi
I am looking for a mat cutter, I have had a quick look at Ebay and for my budget (around £120) I seem to be able to afford things like 2nd hand Keencut lasers, arrow and ultimats which have generally been selling for between £90 and £140.
If anybody has a spare suitable cutter, minimum capacity 40' that can cut bevel and straight, preferable with production stops please let me know.
