White Frame is Perth's longest running picture framing business providing a service to both retail and commercial clients. Located in Como, only kilometres from the city centre, we are seeking an experienced full time picture framer who is competent in all aspects of the picture framing role, including consulting with customers.

The successful applicant will be required to operate a double mitre saw, circular saw, v-nailer as well as the ability to see the job through to the finished product with the upmost care and attention. Experience in the front of shop liaising with customers would be advantageous, but not essential.

The successful applicant must have a creative eye for detail, possess strong numeracy skills, the ability to work within a small team, be reliable and self motivated.

You will be required to work a 38 hr week, with start finish times negotiable. Occasional overtime may be required. Sense of humour is essential - as we are fun team who enjoy what we do.

Off street parking is provided.

As I have family in Perth I ran this past the Wife. There was a pause for thought, just briefly, but no bite...I'll try again a few days... :lol:

38 hour week, I often do 38 hours in a single day, sounds like a great gig.

Wish I had seen this in 1960 - would have been there like a shot!
Your timing is good - my car is covered in frozen snow, and the doors frozen, walking to the local shop on black ice. :(

Perth - 35 deg midday, dropping to 25 at night - Cottesloe beaches, Rottnest Island, Margaret river wineries, Swan Valley, :D
