I have recently started taking telephone orders for certain frames/mouldings, normally from customers who have orderd before so know what they are buying, I also sell via my website and there are the bespoke sales. So in effect I have three points of sale and three methods of invoicing. not very efficient. I want to bring all three together so I can record everything centrally. At the moment it's a manual paper entry in an orders book for telephone sales, the Wessex pricing program for bespoke and the website backend and PayPal for the online sales.
Does anyone else has the same issue and has anyone managed to streamline things?

Re: Managing sales and invoicing.
Yeah, it is getting difficult to control and organise it all, there are order management programs available, which are fine for standardize products, I find Linnworks fine for all our online sites and channels that sell standard, repeatable products, such as 10x8 brown wood frame for £xx.xx which you would have a SKU number or barcode, but once you start to sell custom size/colour products, then these programs are no help, as you have to make a new product each time you have a new job, which can be time consuming .
So I use Linnworks for all our standard online work, it prints the invoice and address label for each order, no matter which site it comes from.
I use Framiac FramR for all our custom shop work, in the future we will use FramR for our Custom online orders as you can set it up to have more than one company, ie pricing strategy, you can set up job templates, so it easy to adapt a template into a real order
if anybody has any other options, like to hear them please

I use sage 50 accounts plus for all my invoicing and accounts. Simply the best accounts package by far. In this day and age I am sure it can probably be integrated into other systems s well, but it would probably be costly.

Re: Managing sales and invoicing.
I use Sage Instant Accounts, but just for normal (can you have normal ) accounts work, suppliers invoices and suppliers payments and till takings and banking etc, but not for managing my online and shop sales, so might look into it to see if there is an advantage in using it, cheers for that Greys
