Hi There Folks
I was just wondering why you don't see much on the Forum to do with these great underpinners,
I was lucky enough to buy one on good ol eBay, it could be that they are quite exspensive so that would put a lot of people off or it could be they never go wrong so there is nothing to talk about.

Looking through the first three pages of results I could only count three posts about Morso underpinners and two of those were by Framing123... loads of posts about Morsos and underpinners

Not a very helpful reply, I thought this forum was for exchanging knowledge / info in order to help each other.

I wasn't sure about the comment from Keith but he did include a smiley face so that's ok

'Morso' on its own gives 252 pages. I guess the assumption is that a ' morso, on here is an underpinner so is often unstated.

Underpinner - singular, they only make one as far as I'm aware.

What's great about it, compared to any other manual underpinner in the same price range anyway? I think it will only take Morso V nails too, and they're really expensive.

I would rather have a air leak than a oil leak!

For underpinners Cassese probably has the market in both manual and pneumatic .

Perhaps Morso has always been associated with guillotines and people don't associate them with underpinners. Secondly who sells them? Thirdly its a bench top which isn't the best thing for large frames IMHO unless you have a bench free of everything else and away from everything else.

I've got a genuine Morso nail driver which is very useful. You just put a thin nail in the end and bang it in. Probably made before underpinners.

The Morso underpinner looks a very sturdy piece of kit. As long as you can get the wedges.
