Until recently we hinged our prints onto the back of the overmount backed them with conservation back board and then wrapped them with conservation wrapping film. Now we hinging our mounts properly when framing our Ltd Edition prints which leaves me in a quandary as to how best to mount for the browser?
The problem is one of logistics as we now have over 60 prints, if we mount as we would to frame it introduces a 3rd card in the pack which increases the volume in the browsers by 1/3, net result they will not all fit in!
This being the case I just wondered how prints are shown in browsers elsewhere?
Thanks!

I don't include the third board and if I did and that resulted in your problem, I'd either ditch the third board or buy another browser!

Or rotate your stock, so that the don't all have to be in the browser at the same time!

No third board for me either, just mount under mount and picture in a bag and in the browser.

Re: How best to mount prints for a browser?
Thanks for the input. When I started doing this Gallery thing someone said to use conservation backboard, like the Arqadia ARQ Aqua Conservation Board 2200 999120000, but I now realise that the title "conservation" seems to be a red herring and the print should not be mounted against it. The advantage in using it in the browser was that it is stiffer than mount board, an advantage as we have a number of 750mm sq and 1134 x 686mm mounts. I think I will have to compromise and go with 3 layers for the large and 2 layers for the smaller pieces.

Just two boards for my photos, mount photo onto hotpress white display board, add mount and bag it.
