Any tips & tricks for my Valiani mat pro
Hi guys just got myself a Valiani Mat pro-i 150 and so far its brilliant. Ill need to work out somethings and get really comfy with it but im wondering if there is anything tip or tricks out there that might not have made it to the how-to video on youtube
