Due to personal circumstances, I have decided, regrettably, to put our business up for sale.
We are based in the South West and the business has excellent potential for growth.
This is not your everyday framing business and it has "add ons" that can greatly increase penetration into the market both in domestic and commercial areas.
There already exists a good customer base.
We are aware of the requirements to make it grow but do not have the personnel, I am meant to be retired!
This is a seriously good proposition for the right person.
Monthly rent and utilities bills are not excessive.
Turnover has been around £2000 per month.
Machinery includes:
Victory 825AF Guillotine
Keencut System 4000
Cassese underpinner and compressor
Hansen Mitre cutter
Two Keencut mountboard cutters
All of the above is "used condition" but in current working order.
We also have a large stock of materials.
I would be looking for a very reasonable £10,000 for this operation, including the above equipment.
