Lucky mirror!

Post by lynnbmack »

Hi folks

Thought I'd pass this on - got a mirror in today - approx 3x4ft with a large moulding - (about 4 inches )for repair.

It fell off a wall when the cotton  string broke - onto a granite fireplace!! The whole bottom length of moulding broke off but, the mirror didn't break! I think that calls for 7yrs of good luck!!

Any other lucky frames out there?

Had a big heavy old hip flask in once with a great big bullet dent in it.

"This was my great grandfather's ........ he was taking a swig and a bullet hit it .... missed his left ear by four inches"

"Wow - that was lucky"

"Not really - hit him straight between the eyes"
