We are a street print and design business and we are just starting a framing business in the same location. It is a bit of a bumpy journey, so I will probably be back with a lot of questions...
For now, I am just writing our terms and conditions and was wondering if anyone have any advice on what not to miss out? Or where to find a template...

re the T&C, well that depends if it's for your shop or website, both can be a different kettle of fish, you could try trading standards website, see if they have any templates or suggestions - good luck
