Keencut support
I've had several occasions over the last 6 months to contact Keencut Support to do with spare parts and manuals etc. On every occasion they have responded promptly and in a very professional manner. It's great to get such service.

Ditto, just yesterday I called and was very pleased. Turns out if you start turning random allen bolts, you can unkowingly alter quite a bit of alignment on these machines

Yeah, I've been looking for a few spare parts in the past and they've always been really quick to help. Good stuff.
