Engineer to fix a Wide Format Epson 7880

Hi im looking for engineer to fix a wide format 7880 printer, Any suggestions, Just needs to replace a maintenance kit and clean the heads.

These guys are pretty much the best in the business, that said it's gonna cost about £500 with call out, when you say clean the heads what's the problem you are having, often the problem isn't heads but blocked dampers, or if you have a block of missing lines it could be the head is kaput, it's a pretty old machine.
A brand spanking new sure colour equivalent of that machine is only about £1600.
