Beating the bodyclock blues

Around 16:00 daily my bodyclock tends to start telling me I'm stuffed! That's when I turn to the ipod in it's dock and turn up the volume with my son's music pumping. (he's a hotshot in the world of psytrance music ) The vibe and energy keeps me going for two more hours before taking a break.

I wish my bodyclock was only as wacky as yours. Mine tells me I'm stuffed 2 to 3 hours before yours!
