I Have a customer who wants to frame a picture with the same look as the attached.

The moulding needs to be 3" ish. Any profile shape will be fine!

Any ideas anyone

What you need is a wire brush and some white paint. Followed by some fine steel and some clear wax
plus a yellow duster.

Trust me, it's super-easy to do once you have a nice plain piece of pine.
