Depends. It might be fit only for scrap, or brand new. Are the blades stamped 'Morso'. Does it have a right-hand extension with measuring scale? A left-hand extension? Safety guards? Is the case cracked, what do the holes look like where the pedal goes into the shafts at the side, they should fit snugly? Are the rebate supports there, do they have their lock nuts, are the bottom blades there and neat and clean? What does it look like?

I'm guessing from the title it's the underpinner, not guillotine you're asking about. There's one on eBay item no. 222807924287 which gives you an idea on price. Not used one before but looks like a good piece of kit. As ever, try before you buy :D

It's an underpinner James, they are hydraulic from what I remember, I guess check it ain't leaking, also take in to account the Moro underpinner isn't anything like as wide spread or well known as the Mitre cutter, this would throw up a red flag for me.

I'm not sure if you can use it with universal wedges, I've got the impression that it may only be usable with Morso's own brand of wedges. I don't know if this is true, might be worth checking.

Never used one or even seen one, but I have heard positive things about them.

I would want to see it working before I parted with cash. :D

I've got one of these for sale and wouldn't want much for it, but it does have a slight oil leak, which doesn't affect its performance. I have quite a few different sized wedges (Morso branded).

Let me know if you are interested. Also got a Morso F Guillotine in excellent condition too. Will be advertising them on here soon.
