Locality Arts Oval/Circle mount and glass cutter for sale. This is the large model. It looks a bit Heath Robinson ish but don't let that put you off. This is the best and easiest manual operated oval and circular cutter I have ever used. I am now using a computerised cutter so no longer require this piece of equipment. It will cut mount circles up to 20" diameter and ovals up to 20" x 28". Oval and circular glass can be also be with ease, you just have to swap over the cutting head. The mountcutter uses standard Swann Morton number 25 blades and a box with 25 blades is included. You will not be disappointed at how well this cutter works.
