apparently the shared copper roof of our building has blown off during the night and is lying in neighbours gardens... the council are going to be erecting scaffolding outside our fascia cue an expensive repair bill and insurance claim!

Yes what a night/day, we are getting the storm now - took the dogs along the beach this morning - v difficult walking but what a spectacle - got my face sandblasted at the same time so now look 10 yrs younger - I wish!!
Only a shame it was blowing so hard there is no way to take photos of it!
