Further to this
thread , I've just received my Wessex delivery and had ordered a sheet of 3mm acrylic for direct contact with a mounted OS map. They sent me a sheet of TruVue Optium Museum Acrylic by mistake!
Even though I'm sending it back and not paying for it, my heart is still pounding from looking at my invoice!

Wow, does it really pay them to collect it? Surely, its better customer service to leave it with you, seeing as it's their fault.

It's a fairly large sheet, 33 x 42 inches, with not much change from £400, so I think they want it back!
