I've been using the Ikea Ribba box frames for most of my prints and have a new type of print that features a small scale model within the frame. The model is being made by a company in bulk but I'm slightly worried they might have oversized the measurements I have given to them as the original model was made by hand then caste in cermaic in bulk. From the picture of sample it looks possible to wide to fit into the frame depth wise. The ikea frame depth is 25mm from glass to backboard. I'm wondering if there are currently any frames already on the market that are the same as these frames in white/black (23cm x 23cm) but have a depth of say 4cm-4.5cm between glass and backboard. If not how much would frames like these cost to manufacture based on being the exact same style as the ribba frame?

None that I am aware of, I make deep box frames like you have described but not exactly the same as Ribba nor the same sort of price I'm afraid but please get in touch if you would like more information.
