Deep Black Gloss moulding - polcore/artcore suppliers ?

Hi,
I am looking for a plastic/artcore/polcore version of an expensive gloss black wooden frame I currently use. The wooden frame moulding is 60mm deep and 75mm wide and can be seen on this link.

Its a float design and I add a wooden slip to this frame inside. I've tried both Arcadia Artcore and Mainline Polcore and they dont have anything with that depth so wanted to know of any other supplies of the plastic type frames who I could try. I understand I'll probably not get an exact match, but anything of that depth may do.
I know all the pros and cons of using plastic btw.....but need a budget version for a customer.
