Hi, just joined, I am an artist and have just finished a purpose built studio. I have framed my own work before, but using a saw and glue. Now that I have the space I am going to invest in some proper equipment, I have just bought a morso guillotine which apart from a little nick in one of the knives is working fine, I will send them off for sharpening. I am now looking for a used underpinner, probably a manual, as I only intend framing for my self and maybe a couple of friends. I would appreciate any advice on what to look for. I have seen a few on ebay but all far from me, I live north of Dundee.

Hi and Welcome.
That's more-or-less exactly the way I started off. 30-odd years later I don't get time to do any painting as I am
too busy framing other people's art.
