I have downloaded the EST program but seem to be having problems getting it to give me the correct price

e.g.. Frame size 25cm x 25cm x 2cm @ 200 pence per metre with 20% waste, 3.1 mark up and £6.00 min frame price gives me an answer of £14.30 when it should be £14.50....

where am I going wrong?

Hi Barbara,

I suspect that the broad moulding markup has been set to a value lower than 3.1, ensure that your markup for a broad moulding is also equal to 3.1 and you will find that the result will be as you calculate.

How do I change the value? Not the most computer savvy person I know, so it is probaby really straight forward. Sorry for being stupid, thanks for the help

Click the Options button.

When the Options Screen appears, click on the moulding tab.

Adjust the value in the Wide Moulding box.

Click on Save to save the changes you have made.
