We aren't really in a position for computerised pricing at the moment so im putting everything on a spreadsheet and printing it out. Do any of you guys have a magic formula for calculating full prices inc mount, glass back etc?

I'm assuming you're aware that Wessex do one for £360 ish and Estlite is £450ish. Both one off payments with free ongoing updates.

If you're not yet ready for a full pricing programme the Wessex framers pricing app is excellent. Runs on any android device and has all the Wessex lines pre-loaded. For other suppliers it's very quick and easy to obtain a moulding code via the app and make sure that your pricing is consistent. For £35.99 it's pretty good value. Because it's app based you can use it anywhere.
