Going off the thread "what are you listening to" what could be better than a forum video jukebox.
You tube has all the classics so should not be a problem finding your favourites. Also discover what your fellow members are listening too.
So here goes a couple of classics from my collection enjoy!

Time to dredge up all those old tracks that have not had an airing for many a long year.
What a stonkingly good idea, Gary! Well impressed!!
I have a little suggestion: for people playing catch-up, might it be a good idea to prefix links with a hint of what's in the vid? Might as well start my contributions with a couple of my MTV faves from the eighties.
Waterfall - Wendy & Lisa (formerly two of Prince's purple people - lots of big hair and a very beautiful woman (Wendy Melvoin) who knows her way around a guitar! Track contains a very Gilmouresque solo. )
True Faith - New Order - great track, and a prime example of pop-vid elevated to artform, IMO.
I try to limit my visits to YouTube as it doesn't tend to do a lot for my productivity...

Some other early eighties stuff:
Hazel O'Connor (sorry 'bout the naff home-made vid, but the sound quality on the vid vid was pants. )
More 'politics' from Re-Flex. Video is naff, but great dance track. (Good sound quality on this!) Another good electro-funk number from the early eighties was "Move On" by Fashion. (It's on YouTube but the quality is so dire I didn't bother to post a link).
While on vids with 'political' motifs, try this one from the Frankies! (It has the full fight sequence). Good track on the motorway, but would not put it on at home. However, I loved their alternative Pleasuredome 12" mix - great driving music. Nearest I could find online is this version: hacked up a bit, and doesn't have the "In song and in dance...." intro. )

I love the blues and swing. Jools Holland is one of my favourites and I've seen him so many times.
After the first time I saw the big band I started playing the Sax. The old Glen Miller band tunes and the other big band sounds are fantastic to listen to.

Wish more of their album tracks were on YT: Roxy are so much more than their - impressive - singles collecttion, or a copy of Avalon (the album I like least). A-n-y-w-a-y, here's a deliciously bluesy track from their (much underrated, IMCO) Manifesto album. (Brilliant picture disc for this one. The only thing that comforts me about never owning a copy of it is that my late mother would have slung that out along with the rest of my vinyl. )
Finally, let's move on from 'bluesy' Roxy to some classic, plain ol' blues... Whose round is it anyway?
(John, tried the embedding, but it has already been pointed out just how prolific a poster I already am, and if I was to use the embedding technique in this thread (which is really easy!), my posts would be so long I'd need to go to confession! )
