Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum - what a fantastic community you have here!

I'm relatively new to the framing industry and I work as a framer for House-Frames in Coventry

Just wondering if anyone knows a supplier of Black or White lacquered Swept Frames around 2" profile?

I can only seem to get hold of Golds/Walnuts etc

Any ideas would be welcome...

Hi and Welcome house frames. :D

Don't think I have ever seen frames such as you describe. Ivory, maybe.....
That's not to say they don't exist....somewhere.

If all else fails I'm sure these people would make them for you. At a price.... :?

EEK.. Competition.....

Hi House, I'm in Cov. It seems as though they are the more fortunate ones and have managed to get out while the going was good. Mind you, they have a few years on me so I'll be out when I get to their ages.

Where are House frames? I've not seen them.

I'm over in Longford on the other side of the City. Your about 10 minutes from my day job in Tile hill. I'll pop in one day this week during lunch and say hi.

Blimey, Paul. After our chat over coffee at the NEC, it seems we have another spooky connection! My mother was from Longford in Ireland.

Coventry must be the place for framers to live/grow up! I'm from Cov too, Mum still lives there- 83 years in Coventry and still going strong!

The common thread for framers, apart from being from Cov, seems to be ex-IT or ex-forces.
