We are using a keencut to cut single sheets of acrylic it's very time consuming and ineffective. We'd like to cut multiple sheets to the same size anyone have any better ways of doing this?
Thanks in advance

How do you mean "time consuming and ineffective"?

For "production" cutting of acrylic sheet we used a table saw with an appropiate plastic cutting saw blade.

Depending on quantity of each size, Centrado and Wessex (I think) will supply cut to size.
I have used a track saw to cut acrylic, but found it very messy, and reverted to using my Keencut Steeltrak which is much cleaner

I've found the SteelTrak to be much cleaner than a saw with acrylic. If I were doing more than the odd bit here and there, I'd buy/make something like a metal bending brake.
