Hello,

I bought a roll of White Gummed Paper Tape a while ago and now that I have gotten around to using it it seems to be all stuck together with just paper tearing off and the the shiny gummed side only visible here and there only to tear back into paper only again with no gummed side. It's a 200m roll. I've already pulled off about 25m and still have not met normal tape.

Any tips on righting this roll?

Sounds like it's got damp and stuck iteslf all together, in which case, apart from maybe a paperweight, it's useless!

You could try cutting across the tape with a sharp blade, about 3mm deep, peel that away and see how it is further down but it'll probably be the same.
