Any suggestions on framing/mounting options for this (see photo). Customer is wanting it re framing and a new mount board but I fear that it will fall to pieces when I take it out the frame.
She doesn't want it restoring.
She has said it is approximately 25 x 32 inches.
Thanks in advance.

I don’t think it will fall apart, it’s probably well stuck down, you can see one piece totally detached without slipping down.
I think the problem will be it not falling apart and having to release whatever adhesive has been used, which is a conservator she doesn’t want to pay for’s job!
I’d suggest adding a window mount over the existing board it’s floated on - as close as possible to the edges of the paper.

As John stated, this is a job for an art conservator.
