For Sale: Valiani Mat Pro 120 Mount Cutter.
A perfect upgrade if you cannot afford a CMC.
It cuts superbly and is very easy to use. It takes standard size boards (not Jumbo size) and will cut board up to 3mm in thickness. The machine is "semi-automatic" it has pneumatic clamps to hold the board, the cutter head pressure on the board and the blade penetration are also controlled pneumatically. The operator simply guides the head between stops and makes a 90 degree head rotation at the corners.
For your convenience it comes with a small silent compressor and therefore can be put to use right away.
It will cut double mounts in one operation.
This machine also has the very useful end trimmer accessory.
It comes with a solid tubular metal stand that enables the machine to be placed against a wall almost vertically so that it only takes up about 60cm from the wall. The overall dimensions of the back board are 160 x 120cm.
Everything on this cutter works well.
