Outbox on direct messages

Post by mikeemb »

Hi,
I sent a message last night to Mike Royall who trained us many years ago, it was great to find him again.

But it's sat in my outbox (not sent messages) does that mean it's not been sent?

It means he hasn’t been online to read it. Once he’s opened it then it will move to the Sent folder.

He last visited the Forum in May this year.
