Acrylic - Static

Post by DaveJ »

Hi all, any tips on how to reduce/get rid of the static on acrylic glass? I've got 20 900 x 660 posters to do all with acrylic, I don't use it much but that magnetic static business drives me nuts and is so time consuming cleaning up when it goes wrong! Cheers D.

Lion sell anti static cleaning clothes, orange and black, called Tiger and Panther. I have an Elimistat Ionizing Gun for blowing dust off work and glass etc. They're an incredible price unless you can find one secondhand. I've only ever used Optium acrylic, which comes with a protective coating on both sides, so a quick blow of air and it's ready to go.
