Hi all,
Does anyone have a pneumatic rigid point driver for sale before I buy one new? And does anyone know if the Lion one is any good for £240?
Thanks

I don't have one for sale but we have gone through a lot of different point drivers over the years as a volume framing company.
I can't speak highly enough of the Omer 53.4. We run these all day with 0 issues.

Thanks, I've seen the Omer drivers but I didn't think you could use rigid points with them. Only new ones I have seen is the Lion one or more than double the price for Fletcher, which also have double the cost on the points. There's a batch of new Cassese ones on eBay delivered from France, but haven't looked at what tabs you can use with it

I am sorry I completely glossed over the Rigid part!
They are amazing for flexi!

When I did my GCF training I was put onto the Omer 4097.16 narrow crown stapler and now almost always use it. The advantages are that they don't need the space in the rebate that the points do and when you are closing the back, the gummed tape goes straight down rather than going on top of the points. It's a cleaner seal. Admittedly on the odd occasion I have to reopen a frame it is not as simple a job as points.
