Lion have a paper copy in stock but I'm not planning on making any more orders till the new year and I'd really like a copy of this book for Christmas, does anyone have a copy for sale, or know of an alternate supplier that can just post regular 1st class mail?

There will be a place near you that will print and bind a pdf of you would like a physical copy.
