Retirement looms and stuff to sell

Post by YPF »

The time for my retirement is fast approaching, I have already stopped taking any further orders and will close the shop doors on 21 December (maybe even 20 December). Immediately after Christmas I will begin to strip out the shop will have a number of items for sale (all by collection).

First stab at a list of possible sale items is:

2 x Nielsen Bainbridge 8 panel moulding carousels and just under 2.1m tall. They separate into 2 parts for easier transportation. £10.00 each.

Selwyns 5 panel (double sided) wall mounted moulding display, each panel is about 28cm wide x 98cm useable space, with a metal frame that screws to a wall. £20.00

2 x 5 drawer plan chests. Internal drawer sizes are 137cm wide x 79.5cm deep. I have mounted these one on top of the other with a worktop over and incorporated all into my counter/design table. They are not display quality plan chests unless you are adept at some finishing carpentry. £50.00 each.

2 x Stanley 400 mitre vices. I have these as display items but are both in working condition. One of the vices has a piece missing from one of the clamps but this does not prevent use. £50.00 each.

Moulding bundles. Each bundle will have 10 full lengths of same/similar moulding - great for a start up. Not sure of the quantity of bundles yet until I start sorting the stock. £20.00 a bundle – the actual value will far exceed that amount. Moulding from Larsen Juhl, Nielsen Bainbridge, Lion and Centrado

Nielsen Bainbridge aluminium sample display tracks – just screw vertically to a wall and hang any aluminium corner sample on the provided little brackets. I have 4 pieces each about 1.2m long. Free.

I already have homes for the CMC, Morso, Underpinner, Excalibur, Keencut Ultimat, Hot Press and Jet Mounter.

I am happy to provide photos in due course but just ask if you want to see something specific.

Edited - forgot to add we also have some DIY level stuff (used for training) - hand underpinner, Logan mount cutter, Nobex (I think) mitre saw, there may be some other items, will check next week.

Both moulding carousels have now gone. With time getting tight before I have to vacate the shop now open to sensible offers for the remaining items (including the Jetmounter).
