On the old memberlist there was a search by drop down, but not on this one. But you still have the same facilities.

The heading above each column (username - rank - posts - website/location - joined) can be clicked on and once you have clicked on them you get the ascending list - click again and you'll get the descending list.

(Edit) Just discovered The Mogster is just under 300 posts behind me!

If you want to sort using the old criteria boxes, click Find Members to use the drop-down boxes, but leave the name field blank.
