Hi all, I have a question regarding pricing…I have made the attached frame…it’s 1400x900mm in size full photographic top mount and under mount, containing a boxing glove, belt and boxing shorts…what would everyone charge for this piece? It’s taken about 5hrs to put together…
Thanks for any help

Interesting project

Can we assume that it is a work in progress? I note that the top mount is bowing at the top indicating that there are no spacers to hold it level.

Without knowing what you used or intend to use(including glazing), who supplied the photos, and your labor shop rate it is impossible to give you an honest answer. Then there is the question of this being a bespoke piece or a prototype for a mass produced product. Just as a reference for an average frame with standard acrylic glazing(non-conservation)and customer supplied contents including the photo, that would be at least $1,500US range where I live.

That's a tough question!
Usually you'd supply us with a list of all the material codes which we'd put into our software/spreadsheets and come up with a figure.
To be honest, you're not giving us much to go on.
If you take all of your material costs for the job, add on the hourly rate for time taken and then a markup then you will have a price point.
Without the details for any of us to offer a price check, I'd suggest finding that price point and deciding what you are happy with.
