Mounting a colour print on - which board?

Hello,
I have two pieces of artwork, low value prints produced by an inkjet printer I guess (material is possibly PU? see picture).
Client is a pub owner who uses this purely as decoration, so we are not talking conservation here. He wants an acrylic glass in front to avoid any breakage issue.
The pictures (600x700mm) were both mounted with glue on foamboard that warped quite a bit. I was able to take the print off the foamboards easily.
Question is, what would you mount these prints on ?
I am not used to this type of prints. I normally make frames for paper artwork on a normal mount with T hinges and I use Art bak and Sekisui tape to protect the back.
What would you use to mount the prints on? Nubord? MDF ? Something else?
Thank you
