From the Fletcher Manual

INTRODUCTION
The FLETCHER 2100 is a professional mat cutter designed to provide Consistent, high quality results.
The CUTTING HEAD glides on three roller bearings and is guided by a polished chrome plated steel SHAFT. The CLAMP is wear resistant hard-coated aluminium. The non- warping aluminium BASE permits mat borders up to 8-3/4" (212mm), Two squaring fixtures help you align the MAT GUIDE for parallel borders.
Each blade is held in a protective MAGAZINE, so blade changing is fast and safe. A LOCATOR PIN lets you quickly set common mat borders at 1-1/2" (38.1mm) to 5" (125mm) in 1/2" (12.7mm) increments. The metric machine provides LOCATOR PIN positions from 30mrn to 100mm in 10mm increments. In addition, a MAT GAGE provides MAT GUIDE settings in increments of 1/8" (3.2mm), 3/16" (4,8mm), 1/4" (6.4mm), and 5116" (8mm), The MAT GAGE for the metric machine allows increments of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 7mm.
Optional features are: A BASE EXTENSION for mat borders up to 16-3/4' (425mm); MEASURING STOPS (04-622) to control over-cutting and under-cutting; ANGLE MAT GUIDE (04-635) which will permit a wide variety of angle cuts; and the SQUARING ARM EXTENSION (04-630) for accurate down-sizing of mat board.

I've been in touch with John and have agreed to buy the Mountcutter. We will pick it up this weekend.
