Hei!
My wife paints alot, and therefor i will do the framework my self :D
I have a Orteguil OD78 cutter (look like Morsø), and a Charnwood underpinner. The lokal "saw doctor" have some problems sharpening the knives properly, but he is trying again, and I hope I will get them back soon... :?
Do anyone have any experience with this tools?

Hej,
I suggest you contact someone in your own country.
Try Interart Rud, Borges Oslo, Larson Juhl Oslo, Troll Rammar Drammen,
You should find them helpful.
There is a framers "club" in Noway which you should join. Then you can meet other framers and share experiences. I think the next meeting is in April at Ski. I read it in their magazine.

Jag hopppas det gar bra med din inramning!

Hi Christain,

Welcome to the world of picture framing, I hope all goes well for you.

Going on to what Keith has said, I would also try the Fine Art Trade Guild in London, +44 20 7318 6616, and ask for Mike Simms or Annabel Rushden, they should know who to put you in touch with. Or failing that, ry the Picture Business trade magazine and ask for an article to be out into 'Pete Bingham's Agony Column'. Pete has been around from the early 70's and started his career in picture framing selling machinery, and has probably seen and tried it all. he is one of the world's most respected picture framers and a fountian of knowledge. Many, many companies word-wide ask Pete to 'road test' machinery, materials, etc., so you never know he may have actually tried yours.

Hope you find your information.
