Looking for an Arqadia moulding

I am trying to find some of this discontinued Arqadia moulding to match some pictures a customer had framed a while ago.
Ref: 104 690 530 on page 127
the rebate size of the picture is 15" x 18"
If anyone has some and would be willing to sell it I would be very grateful!
