Dangerous Moulding......

 I was offloading some moulding from the van and carrying it into my house, and managed to fall down a step and break my ankle in three places. :Slap: Consequently, no framing for me for at least five to six weeks, and the timing couldn't be worse, as the outdoor Antique Fair season starts in two weeks and my partner is going to struggle to set our 'stall' up on their own! Moral of the tale?..... Don't get cocky with steps as familiararity breeds contempt and a plaster cast!

omg you both really do have my sympathy too! I did the same last June ( 3 fractures ), the day before my husband & I opened our studio at home for Bucks art weeks. Chris somehow managed to keep the framing shop & gallery open as well as dash home every time someone wanted to view our work & he STILL managed to get to visit me in hospital  I'm back at the workbench now, but it's a slow process. Take it easy & best of luck to you both! If you need any hints & tips on how to use walking frame/crutches/wheelchair etc....give me a call!

Tuesday was on the computer upstairs then doorbell went, I knew it was a delivery from Lions. Had been sitting cross legged for a while and one leg was knumb. Rushing, I consequently slipped at the top of the stairs and slid all the way down to the bottom on my a**e. The Tufnells driver said he heard a bang. Haven't been able to sit down properly since.
