How to cut panels for mounting? (Old System 4000 question)

Hello,
I am considering the purchase of an old Keencut System 4000 in order to cut panels of forex, foamboard, gatorfoam, etc. I have read on the forum that some of you have used this machinery, so I'd like to ask:
1. Will it cut Forex (of 3mm and 5mm thickness)?
2. Will it cut foamboard (of 3mm and 5mm thickness)?
3. Will it cut Gatorfoam (10 - 13mm thickness) or similar panels?
4. Will it cut "hard" panels such as aluminium or aluminium composites (Dibond and so on)?
PS: in case you are curious, the owners asks 650 euro for the used machinery.
