I've noticed a couple of Jobs recently where I list them in the Job History and the customers are incorrect, I can say they were incorrect because I keep the printed paper invoice ( which was correct ).
I can't see any reason why this would happen, can you offer any advice on how I can correct these jobs ?

I have seen this happen with a few users. And on each occasion it has been due to the database files having been either, edited, or opened by a third party application (eg Excel). Often the episode that actually did the damage was so long ago that it would appear to be unconnected. However, it is always possible that there could another cause in this case.

In my experience, once corrupted, the database can be extremely difficult to restore, but there is a chance that I may be able to help you. Is it only a couple of jobs that have been affected?
