Sorry about the quality of the image, it's all I have.

It looks like the artist == I. Tarkay ... from Isreal His popularity has wained somewhat. There are several other artists that copy his style. Art is available as open edition prints, limited editions and original acrylic paintings.

Now, does anybody know if there is a print distributer in the UK who handles the work of Itzchak Tarkay?

If you do a UK Google search with 'Itzchak Tarkay print' there are a number of on line distributors.
