i need an average cost of frames for a business plan .
ie lets say you sell 100 frames a month of various types and charge $1000. the average would be $10 a frame.

This will very much depend on where you are placing yourself in the market. For us, over 100 jobs our current average gross sale price would be in region of Eur 80 - giving an average net sale of 66.11. Working at a Gross margin of 70%, the average cost would then be Eur 19.83.
